Fetch CVs API is running

This is a background API for the ranking portal — not the portal UI.

• Portal UI: run npm run dev and open the Vite URL (usually http://localhost:5173)
• Health check: /api/health

Use the portal → Upload Resumes → Naukri / Instahyre tab to fetch CVs.
